Costs
An initial telephone consultation is always free. Technical support calls may be subject to our usual rates – you will be informed if your call will incur charges.
Prices for all services (except Data Recovery) are £40 per hour, excluding travel and materials.
Data Recovery is charged at £55 per hour but it should be realized that it can take many hours and is not guaranteed to be successful as there are many factors that can influence the process. If the data cannot be recovered, a charge of £80 will be made.
All customers are responsible for ensuring their data is backed up properly. MoonRise Design accept no responsibility for loss of data, although every effort is made to ensure the integrity of your files.
